When ?

They are held on the first Tuesday of each month from 7.30 pm. onwards.

Where ?

At the Royal British Legion, Liverpool Road South, Maghull
(in the Dunkirk Suite). This is about 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre, near the Red Lion Bridge.

There is ample on-site parking but motorists are advised to approach from the Meadows Hotel/ Sefton Lane direction as access from Liverpool Road North/ Northway is difficult.

Is there a charge ?

Only for social events where food is available. These are notified in advance and it is advisable to book. But you are still welcome to come to those club nights anyway. You only need to pay if you want to have the food.

What’s on ?

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES Our club nights are held at Maghull Royal British Legion, Liverpool Road South (by the Red Lion Bridge). Meetings start at 7:30pm and this is a useful opportunity to book for coach trips and to obtain up to date information about the club’s activities. The dates are: 2011 Tuesday 1 November: A.G.M. followed by Liverpool Heritage presentation. Tuesday 6 December: Christmas social and disco. 2012 Tuesday 3 January: Bring and Buy Sale. Tuesday 7 February: Mr and Mrs Competition. Tuesday 6 March: Bingo Night. Tuesday 13 March: Planning Meeting (8pm start). Tuesday 3 April: Quiz Night. Tuesday 1 May: Social Evening. Tuesday 5 June: Cheese Buffet.
