Stair chalet weekends 2011
Friday 13th May to Sunday 15th May -- this coincides
with the Club's trip to Threlkeld but anyone staying at Stair could join
the walks on the 15th. Ian White is leading the Club "A" walk on that
date.
October 7th to October 8th.
Coach Holidays 2011-2012
Monday 11 to Friday 15 April. Coach
holiday to Reworth Hall Hotel, Co. Durham.
We are finalising our itineray for this
holiday and this will include some ‘freebies’ that were not previously
included in the holiday cost. John and Ann Dougherty (0151-526 7700)
will have a list of pickups and coach seating plans at our meeting on 1
March which passengers can check. We expect that the full itinerary
will be available on or before the next meeting on 5 April. There are
still a few shared rooms available if anyone wishes to make a last
minute booking.
Monday 3 to Friday 7 October
2011. Coach holiday to Bournemouth. £259 (non-members £269).

Coach Holidays in 2012.
There has been a good response to our
proposed holidays in the Forest of Dean in April and the Isle of Wight
in October. Both holidays will be arranged if we can get volunteers to
take the bookings. Ann and John Dougherty have kindly agreed to take
bookings for the Isle of Wight.

Our Coach Holidays
All our coach holidays are organised in association with Airedale
Tours. Your holiday cost includes travel insurance and cancellation
cover. We now use executive coaches from Don Frasers to make your
journeys more comfortable.
Please Note:
- All our holidays are self-financing and non-profit making.
- Any surplus is used for the benefit of the party.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
- Thereafter you should pay the balance in monthly instalments at
our club nights.
- The final balance is due about 8 to 10 weeks before departure.
- Insurance is not included and you may wish to make your own
arrangements.
