When making a Bank Transfer please quote the reason for payment in the Reference. It helps me such a lot especially at this time of year. An example someone pays £20. If the reference doesn’t tell me what it’s for, it could be membership or a partial payment for the Santa special etc….I can always find out by contacting Fred or Beth but it just creates more work.
